I was going to wait for our big Wethepeople/Eclat Delivery before doing another Blog update but we are STILL waiting for it to arrive. So here is an update anyway.

First off is our RideUK Mag full page advert that is going to be in next months issue. I think the advert looks great and to celebrate us having our first full page advert in RideUk we are having a 10% off everything sale through April.

ridegrooveadvertj.jpg picture by davexdavexdave

A mazzive thanks to my mate Lee for creating this advert for us. I have no idea what we would do without his computer skills. Its all down to his USB fingers.....hahaha

Also:

GrooveBMX is now the official distributor of Sweden based brand FortyTwoBMX. They have bars, a stem, a couple of sprockets and some new plastic pedals. All the parts are designed in Sweden and are all unique, Meaning they are NOT just rebranded products from Taiwan. We are very excited about the new parts and can't wait for them to arrive with us in mid April.

Be sure to check out the FortyTwoBMX site and check all the products out.

In other news:

A load of us went ot Basildon the other day for a ride. Basildon park isn't the greatest park in the whole world but we still had a pretty good session and got a bit of footage for Mr Sutton little project. The only worth while pic we got was this:

mebanktbog.jpg picture by davexdavexdave

not the greatest T-bog I've ever done but meh....

Bad news.

The GrooveBMX facebook group died so I have made a fan page instead. Go join it now and invite all your friends :)

aaannnddd.......

Mark Dix slammed doing a rail and banged his face on the floor. Quite alot of blood happened and we feared it was going to be an afternoon in A&E getting stitches but after he cleaned the cut up it looked ok and he carried on riding. Splendid.

markdixblod.jpg picture by davexdavexdave

Nuff blood........haha

Here is the bike Mark that caused Mark to hit his face ;)

markidxbike.jpg picture by davexdavexdave

Words by Mr Dix himself....

We had our delivery of Sunday complete bikes arrive yesterday. These bikes are built up using masses of Odyssey after market parts making them the best value for money complete bikes available. One of the guys over at IMG has worked out exactly how much Odyssey parts you get with the Sunday Pro Complete.

Info form IMGdistribution.co.uk:

In other not so serious news: :p

G-Dogg is back! After his savage crash on the rail at saffy his smashed elbow was repaired using space age meterials and technology. He is now back riding, not 100% in control of the bionic arm yet but certainly getting there.

Here is a pic of him "bustin" a mizzive 1 footed flatty. If you were ever in wondering how to perfrom the perfect 1 foot flatty take notes here. The angle of the shot makes it look likes he is just laying on the floor but trust me he is a atleast 8ft high and transfering from the bowl to the grass bank ;)

Picture046.jpg picture by davexdavexdave

(Notice how serious his face is even though he is infact just laying on the floor. G-Dogg is a serious BMX'er)

In even less serious news......

Whilst preparing my dinner for when I arrive home like all good women should (thats right I said that, know you role ladies), my gilfriend caught a Pea disease from the petit pois (small peas, for those who skipped french lessons at school) They attacked her hands in some sort of rebellion against being put into boiling water. Don't worry I came to the rescue, saved her hands and ate them to make sure it wouldn't happen again. This is what her hands looked like during the attack.

Picture047.jpg picture by davexdavexdave

Watch out for peas, especially the french kind they WILL fight back.

....enough mythical tales....I now must get back to work.
